Technical filters are entry filters based on common technical indicators, that allows you to factor in market conditions on your Options Backtesting. You can specify under what technical conditions you want to enter a new trade.
We listed on the menu the 10, 50 and 200-day moving averages, but the possible choices are no limited to what you see on the menu.
As it is with other features in eDeltaPro, you can customize it and use any number of days. So if you follow the 35-day moving average, that is fine with eDeltaPro.

You can also change the symbol, so you may, for example, use VIX as a filter to trade on other symbols.
We highly recommend that you place a trade every day to scan all occurrences where the technical filter is valid.
